Effct.org Digital Marketing Intern

The summer of 2025 brought a new opportunity into my life when Effct.org, based in Denver, welcomed me to grow and refine my skills in digital marketing. I created engaging social graphics, compelling copy, print materials, and case studies for 10+ organizations

During my time at Effct.org, I expanded my expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva through brainstorming sessions, independent exploration, and collaborative teamwork. I produced 30+ pieces of content that brought brand guidelines to life and told impactful stories aimed at reducing vaping rates among teens and youth.

Boulder County Public Health Account

Effct.org was tasked with responding to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from Boulder County for a public education campaign on the positive benefits of safe vape disposal, highlighting its impact on pets, the environment, and community safety. The campaign aimed to drive residents to boco.org/vapeaware, where they could find nearby safe disposal sites.

My role involved coordinating the color schemes and overall storytelling of the campaign. I incorporated hand-drawn icons, Spanish translations, and thoughtful typography layouts to give Vape Aware a fresh, engaging look, while drawing inspiration from Boulder’s natural scenery to keep the design locally resonant.
