Steady Hands Art Cooperative is a local artist collective that aims to highlight and support the local artists in Denton, Texas. Through social media highlights, hosting art markets, and DIY galleries. The Steady Hands Cooperative is lifting artists and creating a community of intertwined artists.

Social Media Coordinator:

As the Social Media Coordinator for the Artist Cooperative (SHAC), I oversee the company’s reach and marketing efforts. In addition to my role as a graphic designer, I also manage all marketing initiatives, including content creation and strategy. I track the data collected from our posts and events to optimize engagement and reach.

Since joining the cooperative, I have grown our social media following by over 300 followers since October, averaging about 50 new followers per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development: Shaping and maintaining the brand’s identity across all marketing channels.

  • Graphic Design: Designing social media content, event materials, and promotional assets.

  • Event Marketing: Strategizing and executing marketing campaigns for events to boost awareness and engagement.
